Training and Teaching Dr. Deacon has provided training workshops for 15 years in the form of classroom instruction, conference presentations and workshops, invited addresses to professional organisations, and speaking tours in Australia and the United States. He has taught undergraduate courses in abnormal psychology and clinical psychology and postgraduate courses in cognitive-behavioural therapy and evidence-based practice in psychology. He has trained students in three anxiety clinics as well as community practitioners in generalist settings. Dr. Deacon is a frequent presenter of highly acclaimed clinical workshops around the world.
